As mentioned in an earlier post, one of my favorite colors for the fall is purple. And in the spirit of loving purple for the fall, I set out on a journey to find a great purple peacoat! Unfortunately the nicest ones I found on Polyvore all were super duper expensive. Which means this will probably be a hot fall trend and hopefully filter down to the masses in styles we can all afford!
Apparently I'm not the only one who is digging purple for the fall. On the Today Show last Friday, they also mentioned purple being a big trend for the fall, albeit in nail colors, but this color is definitely on the radar. Also mentioned were statement pumps like these.

Victoria's Secret online always carries a variety of affordable coats in many different colors so if you like the purple coat trend, give them a try. They don't appear to have a "purple" color per se, but the "Bordeaux beauty" is a burgundy/plum color that may appeal to purple lovers as well!
